This service is operated by Fyge Food Oy. Its registered address is available from the business register. For privacy matters, contact us through the contact form; the service publishes no email address.

What this service is

An independent comparison of workplace caterers in the Helsinki Capital Region. Company data comes from public sources: the business information system of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office and the Tax Administration, and companies' own public websites. Most of the content is company data, not personal data.

Personal data we process

If you report incorrect information. We process the name, email and role you give (all optional), your message, and as technical data your IP address, browser, language and the time. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the directory accurate, and your consent. Technical data is used only to prevent abuse.

If you use "Match me with 3". We process the office details and contact information you give in order to route your request to the selected providers. The basis is providing the service you asked for. Your contact details are not passed to a provider until you choose so.

Service administrators. Sign-in uses a work email. We store the address and sign-in times to secure the service.

Cookies

The service uses one essential cookie: the administrator sign-in session. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party tracking.

Who we share with

We do not sell personal data or use it for profiling. We use processors that handle data on our behalf: EU-based hosting, and email delivery when enabled. Data is not transferred outside the EU and EEA without appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Corrections are kept until resolved and for a reasonable period as change history. Match requests are kept for the duration of the request and a limited period after. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes. Logs are retained only briefly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. Exercise your rights through the contact form or the controller's registered address.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Changes

We update this notice when needed. The date of the last change is shown at the foot of the page.
